Account Deletion Process
To request deletion of your Kanika Partner account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Delete Through App (Recommended)
- Open Kanika Partner app
- Go to App Settings
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Step 2: Alternative - Submit Deletion Request
If you cannot access the app, fill out the form below with your account details. We need this information to verify your identity and locate your account.
Step 3: Identity Verification
We may contact you via the registered phone number or email to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Step 4: Account Deactivation
Your account will be deactivated immediately upon verification, and you will no longer be able to access the app.
Step 5: Data Deletion
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request, except for data we are legally required to retain.

- Backup Systems: Data in backups will be deleted within 90 days

- Immediate: Account access disabled within 24 hours
- 30 Days: Personal data deletion completed
- 90 Days: Data removed from backup systems
- As Required by Law: Minimal data retained only for legal compliance (anonymized where possible)
